At Blackthorns, we actively promote the fundamental British Values of:

Mutual Respect

Tolerance of those of different faiths and beliefs

These values are promoted through the different aspects of our broad and balanced curriculum, as well as through regular assemblies. Opportunities, such as local and general elections are used to help to develop the children’s understanding of these British Values.
